Here is an for resizing your arena. This will help you not to make (maths common) mistakes while doing that. Enter your current size, the percentages that you want for each type of place and the total number of seats you want and it will give you the number of construction/destruction to be done. Do not use the percentages given by default, they are far from optimal.
